Picture 2 The Park Ridge Public Library will host a special exhibit in January titled “Pickwick Theatre: Poem in Stone,” highlighting at one of the Chicagoland area's architecturally significant movie palaces. The exhibit will feature the building’s creation and early years using architectural studies, historical news articles, memorabilia, photographs, and more.

The Iannelli Studios worked extensively on the Pickwick Theatre, designing everything from the marquee, to the theater curtain, to the stencils, fountain and more. This is a timely event that coincides nicely with the Kalo Foundation's effort to save Alfonso Iannelli's Park Ridge Home and Studio from the wrecking ball.

Read about the exhibit here and read about the effort to save the Iannelli Studios here.
