MacArthur House Sells

Chicago Magazine reports that the Frank Lloyd Wright-designed Warren MacArthur House (1892), in the Kenwood neighborhood of Chicago has sold for $925,000. The home was at the center of a controversial bid by Col. Jennifer Pritzker effort to turn it and it's Wright-designed neighbor, the Blossom House, into a bed & breakfast.
