Pieces significant to the owners form the basis of a highly individualised interior design as well as the starting point for the bold rejuvenation of this high-rise apartment located near the sea. The style is decidedly eclectic with an European influence. A Laura Ashley-esque mood is evident in the dining space, what with the dainty chandelier and traditional furniture surrounded by white-washed brick and textured stone finishes on the walls. Wooden grain vinyl flooring contributes to a warm and cosy ambience, reminiscent of a relaxing beach house.

Each of the rooms in the house are designed with the panoramic view outside in mind. Therefore, the interior layout is configured to allow the ever-changing seafront to be enjoyed fully. The palette throughout the house was intentionally kept neutral -with the occasional ocean blue tones to pick up the hues of nature outside.

Removed from the activity of the main rooms, the master bedroom's palette of tan and soft chocolate creates a restful and pampered atmosphere. A Venetian influence comes from the ornate side lamps. The sides of the cushioned headboard are also mirrored for a more open feel.
