The global design group Atkins unveiled plans for a 29-story tower in Nicosia, Cyprus. Named the Santa Roza Tower, the building is slated for construction in the city's new commercial district, which is unifying the long divided Greek and Turkish communities

Named the Santa Roza Tower, the building is slated for construction in the city’s new commercial district, which is unifying the long divided Greek and Turkish communities of Cyprus. This new mixed-use tower will provide a flexible space that is both environmentally and aesthetically inspiring.
