Landmarks Illinois is working hard to save sevral works of architecture in the Land of Lincoln that are in danger of being lost forever. Two significant works of specific interest to PrairieMod readers are the John S. Van Bergan-designed Irving House in Wilmette and the Bertram Goldberg-designed Prentice Women's Hosipital in Chicago.
