Carl Albert House Woes

The Journal Times reports that the owners of the Edgar Tafel designed Carl Albert House in Wind Point, WI near Racine must pay more than $2,000, plus a larger per-day fine, and finish restoration work before the village will grant an occupancy permit. This has been a bitter multi-year conflict between the town, neighbors, and the owners that has ended up in court numerous times. Hopefully the work will be finished soon and this work...
