Dark 19th century workshop is converted into a bright loft-inspired home

The main goal of the renovation was to introduce daylight deep into the 200-square-meter home, which was a challenge given that the narrow building was 20 meters deep and only received light from the front and rear. To bring natural light into the formerly dark building, the architects punctuated the roof with three skylights and inserted light wells in the heart of the home.
