The Charleston Gazette reports that the silver lining to the vandalism of the intriguing "Top-O-Rock" house (designed by architect Henry Elden in 1968) is a renewed interest in capturing the oral history on the home and its architect and sparking a design competition that envisions the future use of for the house and its property in West Virginia.
