As stated in the press release:

Romanza, The California Structures by Frank Lloyd Wright, is the latest documentary by director Michael Miner, his other Wright films are Sacred Spaces and Child of the Sun. This will be the first screening of the film as Miner begins a national tour. Romanza debuted in Los Angeles last fall. A special hit with the audience was the unveiling of Eddie’s House, a doghouse designed by Mr. Wright in 1956 at the request of then twelve year old Jim Berger, for his dog Eddie. While the original was destroyed in the 1970’s, the doghouse was reconstructed by Berger for the film tour and will be on exhibit at the Illinois State Museum on the day of the film screening.

The 87-minute film will be shown at the Illinois State Museum on Sunday March 25, at 12:30 p.m. and again at 2:30 p.m.. An introduction will be given by the film’s director, Michael Miner, who will also take questions after the screening. Sponsored by the Springfield Section of the American Institute of Architects and the Dana-Thomas House Foundation, the film will be shown free of charge in the Thorne Deuel Auditorium of the Illinois State Museum, 502 South Spring Street in Springfield, Illinois. No reservations are required.
