China, Canada, EU join forces on climate action - without Trump

President Donald Trump still hasn't made up his mind on whether he'll keep the United States part of the 2015 Paris climate change agreement, even though everyone from the Vatican to ExxonMobil have called for America to remain part of the pact. But China, Canada, and the European Union (EU) aren't going to sit around and wait for him to make his decision. They've formed a pact for continued climate action regardless of where the Trump administration stands.
