Not all wealthy real estate developers are greed-driven tear-down goons just waiting to destroy significant architecture for a buck. Col. James Pritzker, for instance, is using his vast fortune to invest in the Chicago neighborhood of Rogers Park—most notably a complete and sensitive restoration of the Frank Lloyd Wright-designed Bach House (1915).
