Pockets of greenery appear to split apart the stone facade of this new mixed-use tower planned for Stuttgart, Germany. RKW Architektur+ won a competition to design a residential high-rise at Mailänder Platz that will set itself apart with its planted stone facade and abundance of public space. Robust grapevines will be planted in the stone niches and irrigated with collected rainwater.
