Located on a small triangular lot in Seattle, this house for a family of four aims to balance out the influences of the oversized alley and rear bank parking lot, and a neighborhood near Lake Washington. In order to manage the spatially dynamic nature of the immediate surroundings, the architects screened some of the views while leaving others exposed.
