John C. sends a link to news that the Cultural Landscape Foundation (TCLF) and the Preservation Alliance of Minnesota (PAM) recently unveiled a new design concept for Minneapolis’ Peavey Plaza, developed by the site’s original designer, M. Paul Friedberg. The design proposal is a response to the City of Minneapolis’ controversial plan to demolish the modernist icon, even though it's been determined eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places.
