Metropolis Magazine reports that Le Corbusier's Chapel of Ronchamp in eastern France, one of the major architectural works of the 20th century, had been broken into and vandalized. The article states that a stained-glass window executed with an original illustration by Le Corbusier, was destroyed beyond repair and a concrete trunk was missing.
