KJZZ reports that the recent (and successful) efforts to save the Frank Lloyd Wright-designed David and Gladys Wright House in Phoenix, AZ has sparked new interest in protecting Arizona’s other historic buildings. Preservationists, architects and city planners have gathered to identify culturally significant landmarks that need their attention, including the Buckhorn Baths Motel (with its great "Googie" sign) in Mesa, AZ.
