After tremendous public outcry and a personal call from Phoenix Mayor Greg Stanton, buyers Steve Sells and his partner, John Hoffman, of the real estate development firm 8081 Meridian, say they plan to take steps to preserve the landmark. Read more here.

This is positive news and the hope is that these promising words will be followed through. Rest assured, local preservationists and the Frank Lloyd Wright Building Conservancy will be working closely with the developers to ensure the safety of the home.
