SOLD! The Frank Lloyd Wright-designed Laurent House has sold today at auction to The Laurent House Foundation. The Rockford Register Star reports that "the house sold for the minimum bid of $480,000 plus a 20 percent buyer’s premium that goes to the auction house, Wright Auction, for a total of $578,500." This is great news, because it means the home and its integrally-designed furnishings will stay together with their intended environment. We'll keep readers informed...
