Built with a similar footprint to the original 19th century barn, the 4,500-square-foot Thistle Hill Farm home is clad in low-maintenance red cedar siding and topped with a tin-coated copper roof. The weekend retreat faces north and is clad in a large glass facade to maximize access to natural light and overlook panoramic views of the hills and crops.
