Decision Delayed

Although a buyer was found to ostensibly end the demolition drama surrounding the David Wright House in Phoenix, azcental.com reports that a city council decision to designate the building a historical landmark will be delayed for at least a month, or possibly more. This is not necessarily ominous news, but I think everyone will breath easier when the proper safeguards to protect this house from future realty hostage situations is eventually in place.
