There are 4 types of prefab Unity Home. Each type of the eco construction was designed highest quality without raising the price.  The home will include 2-4 bedrooms. Designed and produced by using advanced software systems, automated cutting machines, and a streamlined manufacturing process, the series offer a simple and faster solution for erecting the house (only 1-3 days), as they are in the form of assemblies and sub-assemblies, with typically in panelized form. To produce the home, it only needs 20-30 days.

Some sustainable features are attached in each house, such as high levels of insulation with R-35 walls and an R-44 roof, triple-pane windows, an all-electric hot water heater, an air-source heat pump, an energy recovery ventilator, and rigorous envelope assembly. By all of these features, the home can be made as a passive house with level of airtightness to 0.6 ACH @ 50 Pascals or better. The sustainable building is also can be completed with sustainable energy source, such as solar PV, to achieve zero energy building.

Open-Built concepts were applied for these types of green architecture prefab house, where various mechanical systems are separated from the structure in order to make future repairs, upgrades, and additions easier. By these concepts, the plan can be set flexible.
