The concept to blend a traditional Japanese design with the western need for poise and functionality birthed a beautiful piece of furniture called Nest/Nido. This minimalistic futon achieves its modernistic purpose yet emanates a classic flair as lounge furniture that can transform from a guest bed into a lounge chair and vice versa. Designed by Anders Backe and his team, it creates a world of relaxation and alleviation as its design performs well in attending to the essential needs of a good futon.
