The chair is available in white, black, and lacquered oak. Above: Nicholai Wiig Hansen reinterprets the classic shell chair with his molded plywood My Chair for Normann Copenhagen; on sale now for £131.04 ($196.55) from Nest UK (available in ash and black-stained ash). Above: Designed by Mika Tolvanen, the stackable Visu Chair for Muuto is $271.  Above: The delicate yet sturdy three-legged Afteroom Chair , designed by Menu, is an instant classic; $300 from the Dwell Store.
