Join DOCOMOMO/US, Georgia Chapter for its second annual tour of homes in the Metro Atlanta, Georgia area. This year's event includes a reception and panel discussion Friday September 28th, followed by a tour of Modern homes Saturday September 29th. This year's event includes homes by the late Robert Green, Taliesin Fellow. Tickets are required for Saturday's tour. Explore Atlanta’s Modern residential heritage with the Georgia Chapter of DOCOMOMO/US. Included in this year’s tour are three residences designed by the late Robert Green, Taliesin Fellow, who studied with Frank Lloyd Wright, a self-guided tour of the Amberwood development, and a look at Plaza Towers, an early Modern Buckhead condominium development. Friday evening’s reception and panel discussion offers a rare chance to gain insight about these significant modern homes, meet homeowners and designers, and to learn more about Living Modern at (context), Atlanta’s newest design gallery. Enjoy refreshments provided by Nakato Japanese Restaurant and Sakestory.
