Building a prefab/modern house in Austin

I am starting the process of building a prefab house in Austin, and trying to decide which product to go with. I think that we are leaning towards the LVL house, as it is one of the least expensive options and the factory is also closest to Austin. We are also planning on talking with several local architects about the project.



 

 

I am working with a partner here in Austin to build a prefab house on a lot in a developing part of Austin. Our goal is to build at a price which would allow us to sell the finished product at or below the average square foot price for new construction in this area.
