A new photo of the Tray House built in 2004

I just got a new photo of the Tray House looking all finished and lived in. Its very gratifying to see! If this was before your time then by all means check out the construction photos.

Photo by the owner. Our sincere thanks to our customers who share their projects with us here.

Again...

Again, I see one of your completed houses for a design that initially did nothing for me, and I end up REALLY liking it. Keep up sprouting more of these pictures of actual homes from your design plans and its going to be really difficult to choose just one when it comes time to build. I wonder if you'll do a retrospective of all of the completed homes stitched together in one giant photo: Mr. Lavadera's neighborhood!

that's nice to hear

This house had some deviations from the plans that stand out to me, but perhaps its because I'm the designer. I do think the overall design holds up well though. I've always thought of the Tray House as one of the more conventional designs, but when I look at it, the hard geometry, the angular bay widows, then I think No!, it hangs with the other designs just fine!
