Kessler Woods Court Lot 28 Starts Construction

After a lengthy pricing exercise, lot 28 is finally starting. This will be the first home in the development to be constructed of SIPS (structurally insulated panels).

The foundation work is slated to begin the week of December 18th. The SIP panels should be shipped to the site in mid to late February. Once the panels arrive the exterior shell of the house will be constructed in a weeks time. This will save a considerable amount of time in comparison to a traditionally stick framed house.
