after six months negotiating the purchase of this house, we finally did it. possession is on december 15, before which the purchase of a good bottle of champagne will be given careful attention. then there will be a franzied weekend of painting the (vacant) upstairs suite for the first family dinner of the holidays. we'll probably use the boletus edulis harvested in the fall for that most memorable meal. you guys want a menu?
