Loftis Garage Apartment
An 850s.f. garage apartment with ample screened porches and sun decks. The form of the building is derived from the large overhanging trees and the desire to flood the rooms with clear North light. A large stair core organizes the vertical spaces and allows dappled light to filter down to the small glassed-in entry foyer and half-bath used during outdoor entertaining under the mass of the building.
