This configuration of courtHOUSE is a 2 bedroom/ 1 bath with a flex space which could either be another bedroom or an office/studio. The exterior finish is shown as mini-corrugated Galvalum with a translucent glass courtyard wall and gate. The design can either be built as a flat-packed pre-fab or as a modular home depending on local codes and site conditions.
