1950 s.f. secondary dwelling behind an existing 1911 arts and crafts bungalow. The layout is based on tight setbacks and desires for maximizing city skyline views across the river. A cantilevered wood screen allows light and views to the interior while still preserving privacy on a very tight inner city lot.
