Q: What do we offer?
A: Our line of prefabricated hybrid homes delivers a modern green lifestyle featuring unique
modern design, detailed attention to everyday practicality and a simpler, more affordable
building process.
Q: What makes us tick?
A: A passion for promoting a unique modern green lifestyle, the notion of affordable
quality, the idea of choosing without the burden of choice, and an inherent commitment
to fair business practices.
Q: Why do we choose a ‘hybrid’ solution?
A: Because we do not compromise the quality of our product in order to accommodate
the highly restrictive parameters imposed by the use of a single construction method. In
order to deliver energy efficiency, comfort, security, and transparency, carefully chosen
on-site and off-site construction methods are combined into one ‘hybrid’ solution offering
superior quality.
Q: How do we achieve affordable quality?
A: Through a guided owner-builder based building system, which simplifies project
management and therefore eliminates the need for a local general contractor,
the use of ‘feature paks’, long-term strategic partnerships, and fair business practices.
Q: How do we ease your burden of choice?
A: Instead of overwhelming you with the burden of choosing each item throughout
the home building process, we offer so-called ‘feature paks’. These packages, or
pre-assembled item groups, significantly reduce the number of decisions you have to
make throughout the process. Furthermore, the available ‘feature-paks’ options are
backed by our expertise. This means that no matter what configuration you select,
you will never have to worry about compromising the integrity of the design you love.
Q: How far along are we?
A: Currently we are pushing the H1 product line into production. Our target date for
the launch is late summer to the early fall of 2008. The H2 and the H3 are in product
development and will go into production once sufficient demand has been generated.
A smaller home, the 1800 sqf H4, is awaiting development. No pre-launch date has
yet been determined for this product line.
Q: Are we going to build a prototype?
A: We are currently negotiating with a developer in the greater NYC area. Please visit our

Q: Where will our homes be available?
A: Stock Building Supply will distribute our homes throughout the United Stated. We will
also cover Canada, but are still working on forming the necessary strategic alliances. If
considerable demand arises in regions not covered by our initial distribution network, we
are open to forming partnerships with established manufacturers in order to expand our
service area.
