These are the base specifications for the Glidehouse™ modular home (both 1- and 2-story floor plans). Note that there are several standard options in many of the base specifications, as well as many upgrades that are available for extra cost. There may be slight variations in these specifications, based on the manufacturer of the Glidehouse in your area, but all Glidehouses will be built to your state and local building code for structural, glass, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems.

The design is being offered in conjunction with 1/2 acre of land in Marin for the homeowner that wants to build a 1,792 sf, 2-story, 3-bedroom 2.5-bath modern home. After escrow is closed, the Blackpoint Residence can be occupied in as little as 6 months. An added bonus: the Blackpoint Residence is in Michelle Kaufmann's neighborhood (your appraisal comps will be great)!
