We like this color scheme:

The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and is 1446 s/f. We like like that our son's bedroom is in close proximity to ours. The third bedroom will function as a music room. There is a large sliding loft door so when it's opened, it will keep the whole living space more connected and we'll be able to access our piano, sheet music and instruments easily since they wil always be "at hand."

I like that the entry spills into the kitchen. I know this is not standard, but I'm sure it will be really convenient when I bring groceries home.

Another thing I love about this plan is that we have a centrally located pantry/laundry room. I am sure that the flow of household chores will be quite natural with this placement.
