Overnight we upgraded several tools on the LiveModern website. Here are a few of the highlights:

• Messages—In the upper left corner of your screen, when you are logged in, there is a Messages box. Here you can send and receive messages to other LiveModern members if you know their user name. The next time they login, they will get your message.
• Active Users—Also in the upper left of your screen (when logged in) is an "active users" box showing you who is curently online on LiveModern.
• Forums—By far the greatest improvement has been in our fourms, the tools that make it easier for modernists to build community. Be sure you explore the tools included with the new forum software. I'll write a brief tutorial soon.

All of these tools will probably have a bug or two, here and there. Please let me know when you find one by posting a bug report. We'll get them fixed as soon as possible.
