EcoSteel® Custom Home Inquiry

Thank you for your interest in building a custom home project using the EcoSteel® Building System. Please tell us about your project using the short form below, and we will be in contact with you soon about your inquiry, usually within one business day.

Use this form only if your project is for a single-family home, or a development of single-family homes. For a single custom home, EcoSteel's minimum project size is 3,000 sf and/or a $600,000 construction budget. Multiple single-family home projects (developments) can be smaller and have a smaller construction budget for each home as they will qualify for building package discounts based on volume. EcoSteel does not consider renovation, addition or remodel projects.

If you are interested in building a multi-family project of at least 6 units, with units that share structural elements, please use the EcoSteel Multi-Family Inquiry form.

Please note that the more you can tell us about your project using this form, the better we will be able to address your inquiry with appropriate information (some fields are required). All information provided on this form will be held in strictest confidence.

Please include your anticipated cost for all construction after permits are let, but do not include any land costs (nor site costs that are shared by multiple homes such as streets and other infrastructure improvements). If you are interested in building a single custom home, your budget must be at lest $600,000. PLEASE NOTE: If your budget does not appear to conform to your project, we may not answer your inquiry.
