It was a cold, gray day recently in Perryville, MO but not for the two-dozen attendees of the LV Home Open House. They were warmed just by being inside the LV Home.

Rocio Romero (center left) provides details about how to build an LV Home to prospective customers at the LV Home Open House in Perryville, MO. As with traditional new home construction, the interior details are last to be finished. When finished in December, this LV Home will be Rocio Romero’s residence.

LiveModern has published several photographs of the LV Home's finished exterior. Landscaping will not be done until the spring, but you can envision what your LV Home will look like.
