Modest infill project-Denver
Currently in the design phase of:
1. "Near-Suburban" infill, near mass transit. Focusing on just a few square blocks make it an ad hoc development.
2. Rental duplexes, targeting "creative class" professionals that aren't yet ready to buy.
3. Using prefabrication, passive solar, and "the Dwell Aesthetic"
